Symptom:
Car don’t start, immo lamps blinkink.
Tools to use:
transponder 4C
read 25080 and prepare new key with AVDI and VVDI Prog
I try renew ECU and program key but without success.

Analysis and how to do:
Well, judging from the arrangement of the checksum words, the file has somehow been read as 16-bit. Here’s the modded vvdi-generated file to try, but post the raw and Tiris data of the new key, just in case.
Finally.
Problem solved, wrong GND connection in ECU.
